About this event
SAMC Members,
Due to scheduling conflicts and location the picnic date has been moved to 30 June. It will be held at Harick Car Concierge, 11220 W Loop 1604 N, San Antonio, TX 78254. This will also be the place where we will hold the Lone Star Mustang and Ford Round-Up in October, so members will be able to see the place prior to the event.
Again, please register on the website if you plan to attend so we can plan enough food. The club will provide the Hamburgers, Hot Dogs and Sausages, condiments, and refreshments for the event. If you are planning on attending, we ask that you please bring either a dessert or a side dish ( example potato salad, beans, chips, dips, etc).
We are also still looking for volunteers to help serve the food and cook. So if you would like to help in any capacity, please let me know. Additionally, I would ask if you have any games, horse shoes, dominoes, etc that would be fun to play by all means bring them to the picnic.
After the picnic we will need to clean the facility. I am sure I left something out, so if you can think of anything to help make the picnic a success please let me know. I will send another update on the picnic as it gets closer. If you have any questions please let me know.
