HEAR YE, HEAR YE, HEAR YE!!!!!

It's that time of year!!! Time to share magical times with your SAMC Family!!!!

We have 3 events coming up quickly, and we need as many members as possible to attend.

Please register through our San Antonio Mustang Club Website Calendar links (you must be signed into your account to register). Additional details for each event are listed within each calendar link.

I spoke to representatives of both the Christmas parade and of the Pancakes with Santa today and they are excited for our return!!!

Let's finish 2025 SAMC Strong!!!

SAMC attendance in the Canyon Lake Noon Lions Club's Christmas Parade in Sattler, TX. - Saturday, December 13th

We currently only have 5 cars registered and have space for up to 10 cars.

During the October 2025 meeting, there were many other people who said that they wanted to attend, so I committed the Club to this event.

Please consider signing up!!! On, or soon after Monday, 12/8, the parade organizer will send me our line-up information.

We'll decorate our cars once we are lined up. Get that garland, wreaths, and other Christmas decorations ready! Don't forget your tape, Command Strips, lawn chairs, etc. Parade entries are once again being judged.

SAMC Christmas Party - Friday, December 19th

In early 2025, Members voted to again have our party at Little Italy Restaurant & Pizzeria.

We will enjoy the same fantastic menu as last year, as well as the cash bar!

Bring those presents for the gift exchange!!! Please, no gag gifts.

We will have our ever-popular White Elephant/Yankee Swap/Dirty Santa exchange game where the 3rd owner will be the last owner of any gift.

You will be given a # for the gift exchange event when you drop off your wrapped/bagged present upon entry.

We have a reservation for up to 60 attendees, but only 17 people have registered.

PLEASE get your registrations completed ASAP!!!

Pancakes With Santa - Saturday, December 20th

Each year Triple H Equitherapy hosts a Pancakes With Santa event for the children who attend horse therapy.

The families have a pancake & sides breakfast and get to pick their presents ... most of which are ones donated by SAMC members!

Please consider signing up to assist with flipping cakes and directing the wonderful children to what presents they can pick from.

We need all donations to be brought to the 12/10/25 Member Meeting or to the 12/19/25 Christmas Party if you are unable to attend the Pancake breakfast.

See below for a list of recommended donation items, which was provided by Triple H Equitherapy...

Items requested by Triple H Equitherapy:

•All age groups are pretty much split 50% girls and 50% boys

•5 children under 5yrs old: Educational items

•20 in each category: Ages 6-11, 12-14, & 15-18

•Gift cards, action figure type items, cars, board games, and arts & crafts

So, there may be a total of 60-65 children, ages 5 to 18.

Please help SAMC make the Christmas season brighter for these deserving 60+ children.
