Good afternoon SAMC Family! 

 

Thank you again to all who attended our first 2025 Members' Meeting, this past Wednesday, January 8, 2025! 

 

As I advised, the December 4, 2024 meeting minutes were not emailed to me until the afternoon of January 8th.  There was not adequate time to save them into our Documents section on the website and then ask members to review them that same day.     

 

I have the December minutes downloaded into the website now.  Please review them and feel free to send me an email with any changes you see need to be made; I will keep a list for review at the February meeting.  All changes emailed to me by January 26, 2025, will be reviewed at our February 5, 2025 meeting.  All members in attendance at our February meeting will be able to inform of any changes/corrections also and after that, a vote to approve will be made.    

 

The 12/4/24 minutes I received, have been saved into our website, www.samustang.com.  

  -Go to Documents, then Meeting Minutes, 2024 Meeting Minutes, and finally to "Club Minutes for Dec 2024 Monthly Meeing - PreApproval"

 

If you have an issue opening the document, or have any corrections you would like the membership to vote on, email me at President@SAMustang.com.  

 

Before the February meeting, the January 2025 meeting minutes will be uploaded for your review and I will send you an email when those are available; a vote on them will be made during the 2/05/24 meeting. 

 

* Saturday, January 18, 2025 Cruise To Opie's Barbeque - I will be sending an email with updated information later this week.  Note that the time we leave HEB may be changing due to the construction on Hwy-281 and safety concerns with stopping at the Round Mountain Valero.  **Please register your attendance through our website calendar link ASAP to be provided all event updates and communications.
