Greetings:
1. A matter of serious consequence has befallen an officer of the San Antonio
Mustang Club (SAMC), calling their integrity and fitness to serve as a club of-
ficer of SAMC into question. The Board of Directors authorized the release of
this letter at their December board meeting, held on December 17, 2024.
2. Your attendance at a special meeting of SAMC is requested:

You will be voting on a few motions that require you, the membership, to vote
on the future fitness of an elected SAMC officer. This meeting is only open to
current members. Guests, friends, and the general public are not invited to
this meeting.
3. It brings no pleasure or joy to have to call for such a meeting on such short
notice; but, it is of utmost importance that you make every effort to attend.
I trust all of our SAMC members had a Merry Christmas! I hope
