A few things about the upcoming Bulverde Open Car Show:
1. We will be doing goodie bag stuffing at Matamoro's on Sunday, October 13th.
We have the meeting room from 11:30 a.m. until 2:00 p.m., so come at 11:30 (or after church) and have some lunch, then we'll start stuffing.
Needed are 5-10 people and once we start stuffing, we should be done in an hour or less.
2. Everyone who has volunteered to work the car show please wear their SAMC shirt so people know who to contact if they have a question or a problem with anything.
Parking & Security will be wearing yellow shirts with the word STAFF on the back.
3. All volunteers are asked to be at the church by 7:00 a.m.
There will be a short meeting to go over any last minute issues, then SETUP will commence.
After setup, everyone should go on to your places.
4. All volunteers are asked to stay and help do cleanup.
This will include picking up outside, and while the church will do most of the inside cleanup, let's leave it as clean as possible.
